40 microns of copper + 3 layers of nickel + 60 microns of chrome plating to finish the job off. Allowing for a highly reflective, mirror finish.

This Radiator has been tested at 13 bar pressure although normal household max operating pressure is only 5 bar, to give you the extra peace of mind.
